I help leaders and entrepreneurs figure out their next move by equipping them to maximize their strengths and make powerful life changes!
Leveraging my extensive experience as an executive, business owner, and Certified Executive Coach, I provide a unique mix of Executive and Life Coaching. I'm passionate about helping leaders and executives get out of their own way, break through the boundaries of their comfort zone, and grow—both personally and professionally.
Experience has taught me this: there's a complex link between life and career. If your life is out of sync, it will probably spill into your career—and vice versa. To help others navigate this complexity, I've developed a process that integrates life and executive coaching.
Committed to high standards and lifelong learning, I completed coach training with World Coach Institute—an International Coaching Federation-approved coach training school—and am a Certified Professional (CPC) and Certified Executive (CEC).
I’m also a Myeloma Warrior and have naturally grown and evolved through my experience with cancer. I credit meditation and personal transformation breakthrough coaching for helping me live life to the fullest with this disease.
So that I can share these benefits with others, I’ve added Meditation Teacher and Transformation Breakthrough Coach to my coaching toolbox (accredited through the Complimentary Therapists Accredited Association).
When I’m not coaching, you're likely to find me spending time with family, playing with my Jack Russell Terrier, meditating, practicing yoga, exercising, or relaxing with a good book.
My vision is for each of us to live courageous, full lives–on our own terms. I believe our so-called weaknesses are often our superpowers incognito—we just need to learn to manage them and use them to our advantage.
My superpower is helping others get unstuck and push the boundaries of their comfort zone so they can live life to the fullest and on their own terms.
As Nelson Mandela said, “There is no passion to be found playing small–in settling for a life that is less than the one you are capable of living.”
Last but not least, I believe that laughter is the best medicine! I can laugh at myself when I make a mistake and firmly believe in John C. Maxwell’s words: “If you aren’t making any mistakes; it’s a sure sign you’re playing it too safe. “The key is getting back up, learning, and trying again.
I offer a free consultation and never use hard sales tactics. You can expect a no-pressure conversation to answer questions and see if we would work well together.
Charlotte was referred to me by another former client and I signed up for both coaching and help with resume and social media updates. The coaching and intake process really forced me to look at what I wanted in my next role and helped me narrow down on potential industries and organizations I should target. Charlotte helped keep me on task with my job search goals and helped me better market myself for the types of roles I wanted. A few months after we finished updating documents, I was in the running for my ideal role. Charlotte helped me think through questions for the interview and how to put my best foot forward. Her help was invaluable in securing my current role and I would recommend her without hesitation to anyone who needs help reframing, focusing, or getting geared up for their next job search.
I've gotten so much out of my sessions with Charlotte. As someone looking to re-enter the workforce after years of primarily working as a stay-at-home-mom, I was lacking confidence and a roadmap to chart a meaningful course forward. Charlotte took a holistic approach with me and met me where I was so that I could identify my current strengths and interests, and recognize that my seemingly disparate work history actually told a story that was relevant and marketable. Charlotte then helped me tailor my resume, get over my LinkedIn hesitancy, prepare for interviews, and strategize. Whether you're looking for targeted help or big picture coaching, I thoroughly recommend Charlotte and hold her in the highest regard. She loves what she does and it truly comes across in her coaching.
I have known and worked professionally with Charlotte since 2017. She is an amazing Career Coach that delivers over and beyond the scope of Career Coaching. Charlotte proved to be a valuable asset to me when I decided to return to work after 18 years of being a stay-at-home mom. She not only was able to write me a resume that explained the large gap of being unemployed, she provided me interview coaching. Charlotte delivers outstanding customer service 100% of the time. You will never get anything less from her. She is detail oriented, knowledgable articulate, a great communicator, very personable and her willingness to help and her desire to want her clients to succeed are just a few of the things that best describe Charlotte Pineda. If you are looking for a career coach, I can assure you that Charlotte will go above and beyond for you.
I’ve worked with Charlotte in the past on several projects and was always impressed with her and her creative ability. Charlotte never seems to get caught up into group think and was always someone I could count on to give me honest feedback. I’ve met very few people with her wit, charm, integrity and willingness to help no matter the task.
